GameShow 2018 - Helpers Page

Thank you very much for helping us out at the GameShow 2018. Here's some last minute Information that you need to know in order to be ready!

Timetable:

If you visit the following link you'll find a timetable with all Helpers that enlisted on the given Days, if i put you in there with wrong information go ahead and tell me how to correct it.

You don't have to be on time exactly but if you plan to be there from start to finish try to be 15 minutes early (Friday 16:45, Saturday / Sunday 9:45). If you are delayed significantly or have to cancel short notice, please let me (Beni) know as soon as possible!

Free Entry:

Because you are helping at the Gameshow you will be provided with a FREE Entry ticket, do NOT buy any tickets at the entrance. You will either get your ticket beforehand separately or we will give them to you at the side entrance for staff. You do NOT have to wait with the general people for entrance. If you do not receive your free Entry band before the Gameshow call me or Fabian when you are at the Entrance of the Gameshow. We will make sure you will get it and someone brings it down to you. (Please only call when you are already there not 20 minutes out.)

Location:

The Messe Zürich ist next to the Trainstation in Oerlikon and can be reached from there within 5-10 Minutes. We highly recommend you come by train, there are only limited parking spaces and they are quite expensive. If you do come by car there is the Messe Parkhaus.

Things to bring with you:

We will provide water and some basic stuff for helpers but outside of that make sure you have cash on you incase you want to buy something from the Foodstands. If you want to bring a backpack you can deposit that on our stand (at your own risk)

Games to Demo:

The definite list of Games we Demo is not finished yet but it will be mostly party games that most of you already know, otherwise you'll learn them on the spot =) The focus is to show people easy to learn but fun games.
